Dear Empower Family,

We wish to express our sincerest thanks for being with us in this new year. It is an honor to celebrate not only the start of 2023 but also five years since the conception of Empower Cameroon in January 2019. Over the last five years we have been able to raise upwards of $14,000 and sponsor over 40 children. We wish to express our gratitude for your support throughout the establishment of this passion project.

Special thank you especially to all of our incredible donors who answered the call and contributed to feeding the children at Mama Pauline’s orphanage this month. She asked us to relay her gratitude to you all for your kindness and generosity. We received $150 (90,000 cfa) specifically for their needs in the last few weeks which was used to buy all necessary food products and alleviate short term concerns. The Empower team is currently brainstorming methods of ensuring that the orphanage no longer struggles with food insecurity. As always any suggestions and input you may have are very welcome.
